Service Description

This advanced course is designed to add another dimension to your skills as a therapist. Many of us find some clients struggle to engage or make progress in sessions, and this course addresses these clients—the many who feel so hopeless and helpless that everything feels futile. This process is taught in two sections: one to learn to identify clients with Toxic Shame and help them recognize it as a separate and removable entity, and the second to help them disengage from that entity and replace it with a powerful new sense of self. Many clinicians have found that this approach is incredibly effective in helping struggling clients make real progress relatively quickly.
